An estimated 950 people froze in place Wednesday at Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan, in an effort to bring public awareness to Walk4Friendship 2010.
Walk4Friendship is an annual event to show appreciation and support through an exciting fundraising opportunity for Friendship Circle, a Lubavitch network teaming up teens with special needs children.
Organizers said they were overwhelmed by the amount of Metro Detroiters who arrived at the upscale shopping mall to join in the Flash-Mob.
In addition to some outstanding media coverage, the Friendship Circle of West Bloomfield also produced a documentary video to showcase the exciting moment.
