This house just sold for top dollar, I highly doubt that this fire was an accident by any stretch…..

Do you go around looking to speculate negativity on everything? Besides its not even a logical conclusion. A house sells for top dollar has no correlation with a fire. Otherwise all of Manhattan would burn to the ground. I understand why you dont post your name. Because you have bad intent and you dont want people knowing who you are.
