FFH Events recently held their most remarkable program to date.
This year, guests celebrating Pesach with FFH’s 9th annual sold out retreat, were treated to nine full days of meticulously curated experiences, featuring exquisite cuisine crafted by the renowned Levi Feigenson and the Table One Team. Under the thoughtful direction of hosts Shloime and Alyson Feldman, the retreat was a testament to the Feldman’s unwavering commitment to detail and seamless orchestration of service.
The event took place at the Villa Roma Resort in the picturesque Mountains, offering a huge variety of amenities. Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a luxurious welcome bag, creative balloon animals, and endless trips to the ice cream shop, setting the tone for the days ahead. A delightful lunch buffet was followed by a “Children’s Dinner” to ensure no one went hungry before the Seder.
The resort buzzed with activities for all ages, from bowling and go-karts to bumper boats and ziplining guaranteeing smiles and laughter were in endless supply. The diverse tapestry of guests, from all Jewish backgrounds, created an atmosphere of achdus echoing the need for our community to come together in these challenging times. “We aim to create a warm atmosphere for guests to relax, be inspired and spend quality time together without their daily distractions,” said Shloime Feldman.
Parents reveled in thoughtful programming, with a dedicated day camp, tiny tots and Mommy and me to keep all age children busy and engaged. Professionally ran babysitting services ensured the adults could fully participate in sedarims and immerse in the learning and vast scheduling available.
Entertainment was a standout feature, with performances by Yoni Z and Itzik Dadya electrifying the audience, complemented by a plethora of daytime activities that kept the energy high and spirits lifted. Every event was accompanied by bespoke gifts, ensuring memories were not only made but taken home.
The spiritual nourishment was superb, with Scholars in Residence like Rabbi Shais Taub, Rav Yaakov Aaron Skoczylas, Rabbi Mordechai Dinerman, Rabbi Getzy Markowitz, Mrs. Shterny Althaus and more igniting hearts and minds with Torah and Chassidus learning. In honor of the recent Siyum HaRambam a daily 3 perukim Rambam Shiur by Rabbi Shais Taub, was a new addition.
At FFH, the dining experience is a journey of culinary excellence, designed to captivate your senses. Each dish, whether a starter, main, or dessert, was meticulously crafted, ensuring that quality wasn’t just a promise—it was a guarantee. Every meal set a new benchmark for dining expectations. In between meals, when there wasn’t a delicious hot snack, there was a fully set tearoom brimming with treats.
Rabbi Eli Matusof leads as the Rav Hamchsher, ensuring that the team of Mashgichim maintains the highest standards of a Pesach programs of this scale.
The culmination of the retreat was a powerful Moshiach Seudah with prayers and messages that resonated deeply, offering hope and inspiration to carry through the year. May we soon witness the arrival of Moshiach!
Every moment was imbued with a commitment to excellence that is the hallmark of FFH. “We are so very pleased knowing our guests are already looking forward to returning to FFH, and telling their friends about their fantastic Pesach memories. It was hard to say goodbye to this wonderful crowd!” said Director Alyson Feldman.
