Pesach with FFH Events recently wrapped up its most extraordinary program to date, leaving guests inspired, nourished, and already counting down to next year. Celebrating a milestone 10th anniversary, the sold-out retreat exceeded every expectation, unfolding over ten unforgettable days of luxury, comfort, and meaning.
Guests were treated to exceptional cuisine prepared by the renowned Levi Feigenson and the acclaimed Table One Catering team. From presentation to flavor, each dish reflected a deep commitment to culinary excellence.
At the heart of it all was the thoughtful vision of hosts Shloime and Alyson Feldman. Their signature blend of warmth, precision, and seamless hospitality has come to define the Pesach with FFH experience, setting a new benchmark for local Yom Tov retreats.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Catskill Mountains at the Villa Roma Resort, the retreat offered an extraordinary array of amenities and delights. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed in style—with luxurious gift bags, whimsical balloon animals, fluffy cotton candy, and unlimited trips to the ever-popular ice cream shop.
The resort buzzed with energy throughout Yom Tov and Chol Hamoed, offering a dynamic lineup of activities for all ages. From bowling, go-karts, and bumper boats to exhilarating ziplining and more, there was no shortage of excitement. But beyond the amenities, it was the diverse tapestry of guests—representing all backgrounds within the Jewish community—that truly defined the experience. The sense of achdus was palpable, a powerful reminder of the beauty and strength found in unity. “We aim to create a warm atmosphere where guests can relax, be inspired, and spend quality time together without daily distractions,” shared Shloime Feldman. “That sense of connection is what transforms a retreat into a truly meaningful Yom Tov.”
Families appreciated the robust programming for children, including a vibrant day camp including Tiny Tots and Mommy & Me sessions. Professional babysitting services ensured that parents could fully participate in the Sedarim and immerse themselves in the rich schedule of learning and inspiration. Photo booths, caricatures, face painting, and tons of swag added to the limitless fun.
Entertainment was a major highlight, with exhilarating performances by Moshe Tischler and Eitan Katz electrifying the crowd. Uncle Moishy wowed both young and old, while a full roster of around-the-clock activities ensured each day was jam-packed with fun.
Spiritually, the program soared. A distinguished lineup of Scholars in Residence—including Rabbi Shais Taub, Rabbi Mordechai Dinerman, Rabbi Getzy Markowitz, Mrs. Shternie Rosenfeld, and many others—uplifted hearts and minds through deep Torah learning and meaningful Chassidus.
Dining at FFH is a journey of culinary excellence. From starters to desserts, each dish was a masterpiece in both taste and presentation. The professional wait staff took care of each family like it was their own. Between meals, guests visited the fully stocked tearoom brimming with gourmet snacks and hot treats. A new highlight this year was the hospitality tent, featuring acai bowls, soft ice cream, crepes, slushy machines, and surprise daily treats that kept guests popping back for more.
Kashrus was maintained to the highest standards under the leadership of Rabbi Eli Matusof as Rav Hamachshir, supported by a dedicated team of mashgichim ensuring every detail met the rigorous demands of a premier Pesach program.
The retreat concluded with an emotional and uplifting Seudas Moshiach, filled with heartfelt tefilos and resonant messages of hope—an inspiring end to a week rich in connection and meaning.
“We are so pleased knowing our guests are already looking forward to returning and sharing their fantastic Pesach memories with others. It was hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful group. We hope to stay in touch with all,” said Director Alyson Feldman.

An honour and pleasure to celebrate pesach in the FFH Pesach program!
This was my first year at FFH for pesach, after spending nearly three times as much last year at a different program, that was 98% less organized or accommodating.
Now, I can’t wait to sign up again to FFH for next pesach all being well, as their program was perfect, their organization was faultless. And their concern for E V E R Y S I N G L E Guest was beyond beyond.
Shloimie and Allyson deserve more than a huge thank you for a job amazingly well done!!
