At the end of the year, Yeshiva Or Menachem of Napierville, Canada, arranged a beautiful “father-and-son” Shabbos.
For the fathers of the students, who came from different states of the United States and Canada, this was a wonderful opportunity to relive the yeshiva experience. They were able to witness firsthand the growth, warmth and Chasidishe atmosphere that their sons experience on a daily basis.
In the little town of Napierville, with the beautiful view and the large grass fields, there was an electrifying atmosphere Shabbos. The Achdus of everyone feeling like one big family, brought about a joy expressed by niggunim and spontaneous dancing throughout the Shabbos.
The parents were very impressed with the special serenity at the times of davening, and how the large part of the bochurm daven slowly with kavana and finish at their own pace after the minyan is over. The yeshivah extends heartfelt thanks and “Yasher Koach” to the Shluchim for stressing the importance of davening like a mentch by the farbrengens many times throughout the year.
The Melava Malkah banquet keynote was addressed by Rabbi Mendel Scheiner, who spoke about taking the lessons and growth of the year into our life when we leave Yeshiva. There was a special video presentation by the Shluchim, highlighting many activities and events of the year.
The inspired parents were extremely grateful and thanked the hanhola for the tremendous toil and effort for every single detail and the large efforts invested for the sake of the success of the students.
keep up the rebbes work!!
Thank you to the devoted shluchim and melamdim that invested their hearts and souls into each and every Talmid.
