A Farbrengen at Chabad of Georgetown in Brooklyn was addressed by two experts in the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s talks and teachings; Rabbi Michoel Seligson, a Mashpia at Oholei Torah Yeshiva in Crown Heights, and Rabbi Yisroel Shimon Kalmenson of the Vaad Hanochos B’lahak institute.
Speaking in English and Hebrew, the two lectured about the auspicious day of Yud Tes Kislev – Rosh Hashana of Chassdism – and quoted the Rebbe’s Farbrengens on that day.
The event included a full course meal and participants watched a video of the Rebbe.
Director of Chabad of Georgetown, Rabbi Avraham Holtzberg handed a Tanya to each participant, encouraging them to learn a few lines each day.
