A first for England, the Exodus show is being shown in the UK for a three week run in London.
The Exodus sets came from Rabbi Shmuli Gutnick of Chabad Youth Network and was brought to England by Rabbi Yossi Simon of Tzivos Hashem UK and his dedicated staff.
Exodus portrays the story of the Exodus from Egypt as described in the Torah, and allows children and adults to experience it for themselves.
The cast for Exodus and the Matzah Bakeries includes Mendel Friedman, Naftoli Goldshmid, Yossi Greenberg, Mendy Hildesheim, Yudel Rader, Gershon Riesenberg, Eli Rutman, Eli Tenenbaum and Yossi Teleshevski.
Groups have been arriving from all over the country to view the show, from Leeds (4 hour drive each way), Birmingham (2 hour drive away), Luton and all over the Greater London area, as well as groups from Sheffield & Leicester.
All types of Jews – from the not yet frum to the ultra Chassidic and all types in between have enjoyed the entertaining and educational show.
“Our Pesach seder will have a different dimension this year,” said one mother.
During the week it is open to schools and groups and on Sunday to the public. Last Sunday alone over 800 people visited.
This coming Sunday, 21 March Exodus will be open to the public again. For more information log on to www.exodusuk.co.uk
