Only hosting Shofar in the Park? Planning an abbreviated davening on Rosh Hashana for Covid-wary locals?
A new musical production titled “Songs & Stories of the High Holidays” is promising to bring the spirit of Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur for those who will miss it in shul.
The 45-minute video features the popular singer Eli Marcus explaining the background of the known tefilos and singing them with his remarkable voice accompanied by captivating music.
The project was produced by Dovid Weinbaum and was filmed and edited by Shlomo Chaim Rivkin in response to the pandemic keeping many out of the shuls this Tishrei.
The video is intended for Chabad centers and shuls to present it to their communities as an inspirational preparation for the new Jewish year of 5781.
Shluchim and shuls have 3 order options: A. They can purchase just the videos of the songs and insert their own explanations live. B. They can purchase the full video. C. They can pre-record their own videos and have them edited together with the songs.
Each option includes a brief introduction by the renowned teacher and author Rabbi Manis Friedman.
