Dr. Yakov Israily, beloved father and grandfather from Montreal, passed away on the 24th of Cheshvan in Montreal, Canada.
He was born in Iran, the second of 9 children, who went on to complete his medical studies in France and emigrate to Canada.
Dr. Yakov was a devoted member of the Sephardic community of Saint Laurent in Montreal and of Los Angeles, California.
He is survived by his wife Chana, and children, Michael Israily (Montreal), Ephraim Israily (Los Angeles), Neima Solomon (Los Angeles).
He merited to raise his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place Monday 4:30 PM, 2 Rav Blau St., Sanhedriya, Yerushalayim.
Shiva will be held in Israel and at the Israily home in Montreal, 630 St. Aubin Saint Laurent.

Was a trusted Dr. And very religious. Raised a generation of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who follow in the derech of Torah and Chasidus.
Never missed a Netz Minyan. And utilized time by studying Torah.
A true example to his family and to all those who knew him, and to all those who will one day know of him.
