When cutting the salmon don’t use a wood cutting board or it will stain the wood and you will be unable to get it out.

Working with beets ,Watch out for stains from beet juice splash.Only a professional can stay so clean.
DIY, Great idea. Great flavor.
Try, non-stick knife to ease the sticking when slicing
Btw, Some prefer brown sugar, – perhaps for flavor.
