Being a chocoholic, I tuned in to hear about 7th heaven chocolates…however, my deepest respect to Mr Schottenstein for sharing some of his highs as well as some very personal lows experienced on his business and personal growth journey in such a raw, honest way on an open platform. Above all, it was heart wrenching to hear the negative community response he and his family encountered – all from people being sucked into believing that what the media/external sources ‘choose’ to tell us, i.e, what we see, hear and read, ‘must be true’.
