Some community members have already received their absentee ballots and are asking how to vote. In-person early voting begins right after Yom Tov on October 26th, and Election Day is November 5th.
There are six proposals on the ballot in New York, and we want to share what Agudas Yisroel recently sent out. We will be joining fellow frum communities in New York in recommending that everyone vote NO on all the 2024 Proposals to avoid confusion and ensure clarity.
All judges and justices in our district will be elected, as the number of candidates matches the available seats. Candidates must be nominated by the County Committee and Judicial Delegates to appear on the ballot, which has already happened. Voting for all judges and justices can’t hurt.
Crown Heights United has never endorsed in a presidential race and focuses on endorsing local elections.
The most important thing is for everyone to vote, as the media and elected officials are closely watching to see if the frum community turns out.

📣Vote!🥳Vote!🤗Vote!😃👍
Why is Crown Heights always afraid to come out and say the right things? They knew how to say vote for Hochul, which was the worst thing in the world, etc. And they knew to say vote for Adams and not for sliwa who saved Crown Heights more than once. Yet now when it is so crucial, they beat around the bush, but don’t come out straight and say vote for Trump because he is for Jews and Israel, and do not vote for Harris because she is against Jews and against Israel. Get some backbone and say things the… Read more »
Proposal 4 is the mayors office attempt to curtail some power from the city council (which is generally more radical than Adams), proposing that they need to give a 30 notice ahead of procedures which would effect public safety, ex. The police. This will give more time for the public to give input and pressure before the council has a chance for a quick vote.
Just get rid of most of the city council

Thank you for putting this out…especially about how many days to register
Is there a way you can put out a policy sheet on the Presidential candidates ?
If you have a place upstate- and you are in the 19th district- vote upstate!!! They NEED your vote!!!
Local positions: Where there is only a democrat listed, you can fill in the republican bubble and do a write-in. Also, look at the conservative line. There may be someone to vote for. Some democrats may be appropriate leaders but sometimes lately they assume policies that are too far left and aligned with antisemitism so there needs to be seen that not everyone is for them.
There is more than one proposal. What kind of a story is this?
I am over 21 and can vote for (or against) anybody or anything I want. I don’t need these unelected busybodies telling me how to vote. Get a life of your own and stop telling the rest of us what to do.
I wonder whether you apply that to other areas in life. Who needs doctors, or financial advisors, or job training, or anything? They’re nothing but busybodies, and you can figure out everything on your own!
Prop 1 protects from discrimination. Don’t be a sheep and actually do your own research.
It looks like YOU need to do some research.
Prop #1 is an attack on parental rights!
