Crown Heights Shmira is searching for a career thief who is wanted in connection with a recent assault.
The thief, who is known for breaking into cars that are left unlocked, was initially arrested after slashing a victim with a box cutter but was released by a judge just a few days later.
Since then, he missed his court appearance date and now is wanted again.
