You first quote “The average price for a Crown Heights home dropped nearly 27 percent, from $493,700 in the first quarter of last year, to $363,114 in the first quarter of 2009.” Then you show a listing witha broker for $1,345, million. Lets get this straight. I will take the average of both sale prices and it comes to $854,000. That sounds about right!
