When the parents are openly hate Jews, kids will do the same…. so education is always good but it need to come from their leaders/churches /from inside their families , etc … it’s a known fact when the economy is unstable the Jew is to blame in all of it …
Higher punishment will stop any kind of crime and only then you can teach them to love others include themselves … they are racists between their own community….
plus someone need to take care of all mental sick that are present in CH by providing them with necessary medical help ….

Moment of silence, teaching sheva mitzvos, letter in sefer Torah, increasing in tznius, achdus, learning about and demanding Moshiach, etc.
Action, not time-consuming surveys.

My washing machine is broken. Please fix it. I don’t need to hear a report that there is a problem. That’s a huge expense and the problem is still not fixed until you spend more money educating thugs. Spend this money on surveillance CAMERAS on every street in the neighborhood.
