Crews were at the site of the planned Bais Shmuel Chabad building in Crown Heights on Friday, performing soil tests on the property.
Bais Shmuel-Chabad, the flagship Shul in Crown Heights, will hold a groundbreaking event at their new property on Sunday, April 10.
The Shul, which is renowned for its warm community, innovative programming, and for providing an open and inviting place to visit for all those who arrive from around the world, will be building a new home for their Shul, events, programming and community center.
The center will be built at Union Street and Albany Avenue in Crown Heights and will be working towards the betterment of the entire community with the building of a welcoming new Shul, social hall, and housing for our community.
Men, women and children, Crown Heights residents and guests, are all invited to attend the milestone celebration, Sunday, 9 Nissan – April 10 at 12 PM, corner of Union Street and Albany Avenue.
I heard they might have a full time Beis Medrash on one of the floors full time. Like a Kollel of sorts. Very smart and exciting!!!
