Yuh-Line Niou, a Democratic candidate to represent New York’s 10th congressional district, was called unfit for office by her opponent Brian Robinson after expressing radical anti-Israel views and support for the antisemitic BDS movement.
New York’s 10th district has the largest number and the highest percentage of Jews (37.6%) of any congressional district. It contains the southern portion of Morningside Heights, the Upper West Side of Manhattan, the west side of Midtown Manhattan, the west side of Lower Manhattan, including Greenwich Village, Tribeca, and the Financial District, and parts of Brooklyn, most notably Borough Park and parts of Bensonhurst.
Niou, a New York Assembly Member, was recorded in a four-minute extreme rant against Israel. She also proudly mentioned her “good friend and classmate” Rachel Corrie, an anti-Israel activist who burned the American flag for a foreign audience in Gaza supporting Hamas terrorists.
Jacob Bard, a Borough Park resident said, “It really shows us where her anti-Israel mindset is at if she makes such bold unapologetic statements before even getting elected. She should never get elected, and definitely not to a district representing Borough Park.”
“Boro Park voters and residents will vote for the most Pro Frum candidate, In this case, it’s clearly candidate Brian Robinson who 100% supports Israel, Yeshivas and police,” he added.
A local community activist stated that “Niou would make AOC (Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) and the Squad look like moderates with her extreme anti-semitic views against Israel and its citizens.”

Oh great! Another “Moderate dem” who is too afraid to run as a Republican.
And get 30% of the vote in the general election?
Ahh, he comes off as a coward. If people are upset over these policies as he claims they are, why won’t they vote for a Republican? Either they are not fed up enough to switch teams, and he is deluding himself to think this issue will win him the race, or the Republican brand sucks so much that they wouldn’t vote for him if he had an R next to his name with the same policies.
A Republican has no chance to win, it’s a very large district spanning from liberal Manhattan till Borough Park.

Maybe look at it this way, Instead of Brian Robinson’s opponents running on the democratic line, His opponents should run on the “I want to Abolish NYPD & Destroy NYC” line, that suits them better & is more accurate. Register to vote as a democrat even if you are Republican because then you will be able to vote in the dem primary. He might be running as a Democrat but he believes in all the values that we do!

Why we need to be explaining to the people of the 10th congressional district that it is in their own interest to vote against politicians who support the havoc caused by leftist Progressive policies is beyond me.
