After the shock of the discovery of a marital betrayal, what next?
When people get married they never dream that they might be betrayed by their spouse. BH, it doesn’t happen often in our communities. But if it does happen to someone, it is such a shocking realization. It’s like living in a nightmare. There is shock, devastation, profound hurt and feelings of being betrayed and blind-sided.
What happens next? Can someone get through it? Can the marriage? Can the family?
On Tuesday, March 6, 8:45 PM Eastern listen in on a conference call as Moshe Zev Lamm, LCSW discusses what to do when the betrayal is discovered, and more importantly what not to do.
Too often, the victim or the well-meaning supporters make things worse. This is an important call for those experiencing this pain, and for those trying to support the hurt spouse, and the innocent children.
