“The single most important thing is the emotional well being of our children” – Dr. Eli Rosen.
At 10:00 AM yesterday, Neshamos began its “Connect, Save a Live” campaign to raise $250,000.
Years of experience and community care has led Dr. Eli Rosen, the doctor responsible for the pediatric care of many of our children, to create Neshamos. “The single most important thing…is the emotional well being of our children,” says Dr. Rosen in a recent youtube video.
Holding true to its cause, Neshamos has grown and, in just a few short years, now provides teacher training, curricula, community events, parent classes, and a life-saving helpline―guiding individuals and families through mental, emotional and/or substance abuse crisis.
Today, Dr. Rosen has brought together like-minded professionals and philanthropists to supercharge the organization with its first-ever crowdfunding campaign.
Major givers include Ari & Malky Sperlin, Beryl & Shani Junik, Haysha & Bassie Deitsch, Ari & Rachel Chitrik, Sruli & Tobi Richler, the Crown Heights Friends of Neshamos, as well as Dr. Eli & Chana Rosen.
Neshamos has emerged as a force for positive change and communal continuity. The campaign has increased more than $20,000, since the first lines of this article were penned. With less than twelve hours remaining, now is the time to join with Neshamos, to join with our community, to join with our loved ones and take a stand for our children.
The goal of today’s Charidy campaign is to generate the funds necessary to help Neshamos promote mental health in our community, fostering happy and healthy connections.
Thanks to the generous support of our matchers, all donations made by 10:00 PM will be tripled!
