The Crown Heights softball league got off to a booming start Sunday morning, as the COLlive Tribe thumped the Raskin’s Fish Mulles 13-0, as star pitcher Chezky Hertz was dominant throughout the game, allowing only 5 base runners.
Captain Yitzi Cole topped it off with a 3 run home run.
“Anytime we play against the defending champions we always make sure to bring our A game, and as a team we all stepped up played great,” related Cole.
“It was a total team effort, and we got the results we were looking for.”
In the 2nd game of the day, the Landmark Funding Red Heifers edged out the House of Glatt Kloppers 3-2, as star singer Dovid Stein knocked one off the right field fence to score captain Danny Cole for the game winning run.

Quick question – Does this look like its a league for “Yeshiva Bochurim”???
If you really want to see bochurim Davening/Learning you should probably visit 770. (the yehsivas arent a guarantee anymore…) Additionally, instead of bashing a healthy social event (which is really what this is) why don’t you do something productive with your life?
Chezky, You The Man

Defending world champions.
This isnt a international league, so that is not only grammatically incorrect its just plain wrong. It should be defending champions, or defending “state” champions.
how many teams are there?

Instead of just having the Lubavitchers playing each other lets have more variety. Maybe we can compete against The Bobov (45 & 48) Satmer (M & W) Belz ,Munkatch ,Karlin,Skulen,Pupa,Stitchin,Rachmistrivk etc.,softball leagues.
Yasher Koach to all of you who played w your tzitzis flying…. 🙂
