On the back of a successful Summer in 5781, CLA Girls is proud to announce plans for camp in the Summer of 5782. This summer, the itinerary will include Wyoming, Idaho, Utah and Nevada.
CLA is a hybrid of traditional camp and traveling camp. This unique style lent itself to a special bond and camaraderie for girls who joined CLA in our inauguratory summer. The camp had a lot of success in offering the girls a top notch program b’gashmius and b’ruchnius.
Some of the highlights of 5781 included trips to The Narrows, jeeping, hiking, boating and other incredible adventures. A focus of the camp is appreciating the glorious nature that Hashem has given us and seizing the opportunity to grow in such an environment. Girls of CLA 5781 left having attempted many new activities and thrills and with lifetime memories and friends.
As a small camp with limited capacity, campers experienced the advantages of a home-style family environment. The summer experience had family values at the core, including inclusion of all campers and a commitment to making new friends and trying new things. Campers were encouraged to help one another and to foster friendships with all members of the camp.
Farbrengens, niggunim, nightly shiurim along with laughter, learning and appreciation time was the perfect way for campers to take-in and relive the many wonderful experiences. Shabbosim welcomed new Scholar-in-Residence with discussions, panels and learning opportunities.
This year, many of the successful initiatives from last year and other new and rejuvenated initiatives are sure to empower and invigorate campers. Some of the attractions for this year include Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton.
CLA will run from June 29th ל סיון through July 18th יט תמוז and will be opening registration on January 16 – יד שבט for a limited time with opportunity for acceptance for all campers that apply during the registration period.
