The new Camp Gan Israel – Toronto, set to open its inaugural session next week, is now located at Gan Israel Trail, having been renamed by the city of Haliburton, Ontario.
The newly developed campsite, a 2 hours plus drive from Toronto in scenic Haliburton, will host girls in July and boys in August.
With beautiful facilities, magnificent grounds and lake, and a great staff and chef, the summer season will certainly be enjoyed by the campers.
The picturesque outdoor scenery and well prepared program will allow for the campers to grow and benefit physically and spiritually.
While the girls July session is wait-listed, there still remain some spots in August for boys 9-12 years.

The future vision that Rabbi Grossbaum had years ago has finally come to fruition with his son Itchy taking he reins of this new and exciting overnight camp in Haliburton, Ontario. This camp I heard will be one of the most modern facilities that a Gan Israel has to offer anywhere in the world.

It’s a big deal to name a street like Gan Israel in northern Ontario just like it was a big deal to name Chabad Gate in Thornhill. It’s actually a big kiddush Hashem. Should be a solid packed fun filled season for the boys and girls sessions.
