If you dont want the traveling far hassle…I always enjoy taking my kids to the art cafe right here on troy ave. Its so close and convenient and my kids are always thrilled have an outlet for their creativity to paint something that they can keep. Great customer service and a really beautiful store. We are really lucky to have such a wonderful local option.

the minhag of going out on chold hamoed started a few hundred years ago where the tzadikim would go to the zoo on chold hamoed to daven for the lost souls

today it became much more then the zoo obviously
