Iranian Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Yehuda Gerami, was a special guest at Bais Rivkah High School on Wednesday, accompanied by Rabbi Moshe Pinson, the school’s Director of Development and Rabbi Sholom Goldstein, Executive Director.
Rabbi Gerami spoke to the students, and encouraged them to continue their learning, and emphasized the great zechus they have to be able to attend such a large, beautiful school and learn Torah.
The Chief Rabbi was inspired by the fact that there are so many Jewish girls learning Torah every day in the school. He also met with Morah Gorowitz and the Seminary staff, and heard about the new Seminary building which is to be built shortly.
The Chief Rabbi is currently in the US for a visit which was organized by Merkos-302, and coordinated by Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky and Rabbi Zalman Loewenthal.
The school is currently holding their annual fundraising campaign to raise $1 million.

The school can’t run without Mrs Friedman.
