Israel's Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Dovid Lau, began his visit to the US and Argentina Monday morning with a visit to the Ohel of the Lubavitcher Rebbe in Queens, NY.
Rabbi Lau and his wife stopped just after landing in New York at the Ohel Chabad Lubavitch in Cambria Heights, Queens, where he wrote a pan note and prayed at the Rebbe’s gravesite.
He then joined the minyan for Shacharis prayers at the Ohel.
The Chief Rabbi is in New York to participate in the Gala Anniversary Dinner for the Tzivos Hashem organization, which will take place Tuesday in New York City.
