A Chasidic man was assaulted and robbed in Williamsburg, Brooklyn Tuesday evening, by a group of thugs who beat and chased him.
Shocking video footage from the scene of the attack shows a group of four black men surround the man who was walking at around 9:30 pm on Warsoff Place and Flushing Avenue, and begin punching him in the face.
The men stole the victim’s cell phone before fleeing.
The NYPD are searching for four suspects seen on the video.
“Is it open season on Jews in NYC?!” former Assemblyman Dov Hikind tweeted after attack. “This cannot go on! We will not tolerate this!”
Hikind is calling for New Yorkers to attend a protest this Sunday at City Hall Park in Manhattan to demand a proper response to the recent uptick in antisemitism in the city.

Are we not supposed to have opportunities to learn self defense, too?
More disclosure of capital expenditures – more cops, more drones, more cameras, more facial recognition technology. High crime neighborhoods should have a security camera grid by street with drones to track down the perps on the run. Fire alarm box of the past should be replaces by Crime alert call boxes.
