Charidy Campaign For RebbeDrive

Over the past two years RebbeDrive has created the largest online Chabad database, ranging from thousands of Rebbe photos and videos, to the entire Chabad Seforim collection. Everything Rebbe, at no cost.

The database became so popular, that a mobile friendly app was created, thereby increasing the RebbeDrive users by thousands.

Recently, the RebbeDrive team began digitizing newly found collections. Including thousands of new photos, hours of new Rebbe footage, and vintage audio of the Rebbe Davening. Now, we need your help.

After seeing RebbeDrive’s success, many individuals came forward and donated their collections to RebbeDrive.

Some of these collections include:

– 100 new hours of audio recordings of the Rebbe’s Farbrengens (specifically in between the Sichos, when the Rebbe would speak to individual Chassidim and diplomats)

– The entire audio collection of Sichos Kodesh, on their original reels. Re-digitizing them would enable one to hear more than 50% the quality than the vintage recordings.

– A vast collection of 30,000 negatives, capturing thousands of moments throughout the Rebbe’s Nesius

– 8 hours of vintage Tishrei footage captured by the famed photographer Levi Yitzchak Freidin.

– 400 hours of newly discovered VHS collection documenting the 5750’s in 770.

– 600 hours of English and Yiddish Chazaros, repeated by the Chozrim and Manichim minutes after the Farbrengen.

– Thousands of pages of Yomanim, transcribed by Chassidim throughout the years.

All these collections can only be digitized with your help. Thousands of dollars are needed to ensure that the old film, reels and negatives are transferred professionally.

In addition, much funding is needed to begin making the entire database searchable, and sorted with tags.
