In the spirit of Hakhel, the Chabad Regional Centers of Philadelphia celebrated the largest-ever Chanukah Parade through Philadelphia on Motzei Shabbos.
Over one hundred cars participated in bringing light and the message of Chanukah to thousands of Jews in the Philadelphia area.
Under the leadership of Rabbi Avrohom Shemtov, the Lubavitcher center together with Rabbi Yudi Shemtov, Rabbi Menachem Schmidt, Rabbi Chaim Goldstein and Rabbi Levi Lipinski this event was a beautiful opportunity to bring of Rebbe’s message across Center City.
The 2022 Parade of Lights is underway as cars outfitted with giant menorahs are making their way down the Ben Franklin Parkway. The parade ends at 5th and Market Streets where a festival is being held ahead of #Hanukkah. @CBSPhiladelphia pic.twitter.com/2pTHRhvbyB
