Mrs. Chana Zitelni, a resident of Beit Shemesh in Israel, passed away on Friday night, Shabbos Parshas Shemos, 21 Teves 5782.
She was 48 and passed after a brief illness.
She is survived by her husband R’ Avrohom Mordechai Zitelni and their children Shimon Zitelni, Bella Kutner, Sarah Zitelni and Dov Yehuda Zitelni.
She is also survived by her parents Rabbi Gershon Elisha and Esther Schochet of Toronto, Canada, and her siblings Mrs. Nechama Zuchter – Toronto, Canada; Rabbi Dov Yehuda Schochet – Toronto, Canada; Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Schochet – Toronto, Canada; Rabbi Chaim Schochet – Monsey, NY; M. Tova Fradel – Israel: Rabbi Nesanel Schochet – Johanesburg, South Africa; Rabbi Asher Schochet – Crown Heights; Rabbi Moshe Daniel Schochet – Crown Heights; nieces and nephews.
Her funeral was held on Motzoei Shabbos and she was buried on Har Hamenuchos in Jerusalem.
Rabbi Elisha and Rebetzin Schochet are sitting Shiva in Beit Shemesh and starting on Tuesday will be sitting Shiva in their home in Toronto.
The brothers Asher and Moshe Daniel Schochet will be sitting Shiva at 945 Lenox Road, Brooklyn, NY. Shachris 9:00 AM. Visiting hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
