An hours long chassidic farbrengen was held Sunday night for the Israeli bochurim of the Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch – 770 Eastern Parkway.
The occasion was 14 Kislev, the 85th wedding anniversary of the Rebbe and Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson, OBM.
Leading it were Rabbi Abraham Shemtov, the Head Shliach of Philadelphia and Chairman of Agudas Chassidei Chabad International, and Rabbi Yoel Kahn, the head choizer of the Rebbe and Mashpia of 770.
While making L’chaim and singing heartfelt niggunim, the two expanded on the comment from the Rebbe that “this day connects me with you,” the chassidim.
