Hundreds visited the gravesite of the Alter Rebbe in Haditch, Ukraine today, Chai Elul, in honor of his birthday.
The visitors, which included Lubavitchers, Shluchim and their congregants from throughout Ukraine and beyond, were inspired by the uplifting and spiritual atmosphere.
The highlight was the singing of the “Daled Bavos” nigun, and the reading of the Pan notes which were sent in from around the world.
Rabbi Schneur Zalman Deitsch, from the Haditch hospitality organization, coordinated food and drinks for the visitors.
The visitors are utilizing a new hospitality center which was built through the generosity of the Rohr family with the help of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Vice Chairman of Merkos. The recently completed building was opened for Davening the first time today, on the day of the Shloshim of Sami Rohr, obm.
