Chabad of Harlem Purchases New Building

Chabad of Harlem, NY, led by Rabbi Yossel Gansbourg, has taken a giant leap forward in its mission to foster Torah, Judaism, community, spirituality, and education.

“With great excitement, we announce the purchase of a new building that will serve as the heart of our activities and a haven of warmth and inspiration for everyone,” Rabbi Yossel Gansbourg says.

The new building, nestled in the heart of Harlem, is not just a structure; it’s a beacon of hope and positivity. This space will enable Chabad of Harlem to expand our reach and offer an even wider array of programs and services to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. From Torah classes and study groups to family events, holiday celebrations, and social action initiatives, the new space will be a hub of activity that nurtures the body, mind, and soul, a space where every Jew, no matter their level of affiliation, feels welcomed.

This building will be dedicated in memory of Rabbi Shaya Gansbourg OBM, the founder and driving force behind Chabad of Harlem from the very beginning.
