    Hashgocho protis that you found all those letters. You should know that all these great people your father was in touch with, also had correspondence and encouragement from the Rebbe.
    Many did not share this during their lifetime.
    I grew up in Cleve and know for a fact that often Rabbi Gifter would quote from likutei sichos of the Rebbe but many did not know where it came from.
    As the world gets closer to Moshiach, truth is revealed.

    I have the CHILLS as I write these words, because it is my son Yehoshua, sheyichye-who carries Rabbi Batt’s name-, who informed me that this article appeared today. Our kesher with Rabbi Batt goes back to the year 1970. We heard about a job opening as a rebbe at The Yeshiva of Hartford and took the bus from our home in The Bronx, for the interview. As president of the yeshiva,Rabbi Batt was present in addition to the menahel of the Yeshiva.
