The Bruchstat family of Crown Heights celebrated the completion of a new Sefer Torah, dedicated in memory of their son and brother, Menachem Mendel obm.
The writing of the final letters took place at their home in Crown Heights.
The Torah was then marched to 770 with joyous singing and dancing, the large crowd led by Menachem’s Mitzvah Tank, a Mitzvah Tank dedicated by Menachem’s friends in his memory.
