The 27th Adventure Camp of Camp Gan Yisroel for boys aged 13 – 16 has just ended.
The South-Wales located camp was organized by Rabbi M.H. Sufrin and ably assisted by Rabbi Moishe Levy, Yoel Chazan, Moishe E. Sufrin and Avi Teller. The kitchens were run by Zalman Davidoff and Yehudah Ygbi.
Activities included surfing, climbing, quad biking, paintball-shooting, kayaking and raft building.
Besides the exciting activities, when asked what excited them most some of the campers replied, “The Shiurim.”
The spirit and achdus were outstanding as well.
As one parent put it, “I did not have to ask my son how camp was, for the glow on his face when he arrived back said it all…”
Rabbi Sufrin’s many years experience in Chinuch in general and camps in particular, along with his unique style of (often spontaneous) farbrenging and extremely positive approach to the boys is what really makes Gan Yisroel Adventure Camp UK so unique.
As many alumni of the camp will testify, the lessons learned and experiences had at Gan Yisroel Adventure Camp last a lifetime.

Rabbi Sufrin is so dedicated to this camp, at his age its a true mesiras nefesh to continue running this camp. He gives the boys a great time begashmius and beruchnius in a fun, jewish way.
I was in his camp for a few years and had a great time.
for those who have been to this camp should know that he still goes round and round and round and round the round about.
