Britain’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced late Tuesday afternoon (July 29) that the UK will recognize a “State of Palestine” in September at the United Nations General Assembly.
Thus far, there has been no response from President Donald Trump, who met with Starmer in Scotland earlier this week.
French President Emmanuel Macron made a similar announcement this past weekend, saying his nation will officially recognize a Palestinian state in September.
The British leader, long a proponent of the “two-state solution,” added that Israel could prevent the move by agreeing to a ceasefire in Gaza, pledging not to annex Judea and Samaria (including a partial annexation of Israeli communities only), and committing to a “peace process” aimed at achieving the “two-state solution.”
Israeli leaders have repeatedly said that such moves would constitute national suicide.
Like Starmer, Macron said the formal announcement would be made at the UN General Assembly in New York.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in response to Macron’s announcement that the Trump Administration “strongly rejects” the move, calling it “reckless.”
Israel rejected the statement by the British Prime Minister, releasing the following statement:
“The shift in the British government’s position at this time, following the French move and internal political pressures, constitutes a reward for Hamas and harms efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and a framework for the release of hostages.”
Israel should seriously leave the UN, ignore the idiotic so called leaders that are unfortunately in positions of power, and let them party with the non existent Palestinians.

A short while ago, Trump asked Bibi to give his honest answer about the “two state solution”. He had a chance to say the truth in front of the entire world but instead gave some politically correct response which sounded weak.
Would not be surprised if that helped plant the seed for what we’re seeing now.
It’s about time for the PM to stand up and say the truth. The world, including the Arab nations will respect us more and back off.
Imagine if Hashem would not have saved President Trump’s life over and over again, can you just imagine the horrible situation that Israel and the entire world would be in ?!?!?!
