Bais Rivkah Day Camp (BRDC) has launched a vibrant summer season 5784 featuring adventurous trips, engaging activities, and a Chassidishe atmosphere for campers of all ages! The first week of camp was a thrilling start, featuring a breathtaking concert by the world-renowned singer Devorah Schwartz! The air was electric with excitement as campers and counselors joyously sang and danced with their entire heart and soul!
BRDC is once again leading the way with an incredible specialties program that provides summer fun and growth to each child! Campers will gain creativity and skills with our expert instructors in innovative areas: Engineering by Danit Shusterman, confections by Chanie Salek, culinary arts by Devorah Tenenbaum, gymnastics with Coach Tzofia Smith, drama classes with the talented Leora Nadtochy, and awesome art with Golda Cohen.
Additionally, BRDC developed a new initiative for the younger division (grades 1-2) with a hybrid program that combines elements of kiddie camp and main camp to provide more structure and stability for young campers. The incredible new program includes interactive Kriyah practice with experienced Morah counselors to build on skills that the children worked hard to acquire throughout the year. Campers are eager to show off their Kriyah abilities, increase self-confidence, and continue to improve in a fun environment!
Our Morahs selected for their teaching experience and role modeling abilities, ensure that learning remains enjoyable and engaging.
In Main Camp (grades 1-5), Sarah Kupfer heads a super talented and gifted team! Head counselors Gittele Fridman, Hudi Twersky, and Margalite Fakiro expertly blend high-energy fun with a personalized and wholesome environment. On top of all this, BRDC’s camp friend Rivka Rottenstreich offers warmth and support to campers each and every day.
We are excited to announce that BRDC has created an incredible Tzivos Hashem learning curriculum for our campers to learn, gain, and grow. This incentive-based program covers a range of topics, including Yediyos Klaliyos, Toldos Chabad, Tanya Bal Peh, Rebbeim, and an all-new Tznius initiative from Project Elevate. Campers can choose the topics they want to learn about and earn points, with prizes awarded as they reach new levels of inspiration and growth.
Our popular and exclusive Pioneer Program for 6th and 7th graders is back with even more remakarble enrichments! Overseen by Mrs. Aidela Rabiski and Sarah Kupfer, with program director Mushka Lew and head counselor Chana Kagan leading the way, this program is set to be incredible! Drama and Creative Film Director Chana Esther Benarouch will guide campers in an exciting film production, allowing them to showcase their talents in dance, song, and drama!
Campers engage in creative workshops, art projects, late-night activities, pottery, painting, culinary arts, jewelry making, grand overnight getaways, and more. This unique program offers teens the excitement of an overnight camp experience without leaving home!
BRDC’s wonderful Kiddie Camp (pre-school and pre-1A) is led by the talented Mrs. Faige Moskovits, Aliza Dubroff and Chava Yarmush who are committed to fostering a warm and nurturing environment.
BRDC extends its heartfelt appreciation to Rabbi Sholom Goldstein, Rabbi Benny Wolf, Eliyahu Schvartzman, Rabbi Yoel Vogel, Mrs. Aidela Rabiski, Shternie Kraus, Mazal Nimni, Mendy Richler, Chanale Popper, Chanie Blesofsky, Mina Eidelman, Zeldy Eichorn, and the entire Bais Rivkah team for their invaluable contributions to camp!
