It looked pretty easy to get in Bh he did a quick job and took a single item. The damages could have been a lot worse.

Dems Outnumber Repubs 3 to 1 in NYC

SInce Democrats outnumber Republicans in NYC by at least a 3 to 1 ratio, Democrats will always win. The intelligent Republican voter, registers to vote as a Democrat in NYC, so as to influence the Democratic Primary, and then votes Republican in the General Election to get a more conservative Democrat. AOC and the socialists register as Democrats to shift the party left for this main reason. Republicans should register as democrats to shift the party to the right.

Always knew these glass doors everyone is using isnt a good idea. Gates have been used in NY for years for this reason.

Sad

It is sad that you are so right. Those glass doors meant to signify a bit more relaxed NYC living, but it’s apparently way too soon.

Good old days?

You mean back before progress? The old days were only good for certain types of people.

I think he meant it sarcastically

Scare quotes around “good old days” would probably have made it clearer.

I sincerely hope this is satirical, but our state has elected Democratic politicians for several elections. Bill DeBlasio, in particular, allowed for high crime with low consequences. Trump advocated for the opposite.

That was sarcasm people

What do the Dems have to do with it?

Please do not generalize.

“They” are fearless? Have you thought about how such generalizations have
affected so many groups? Have they affected the people in your “they” group?

So invite “they” to have a conversation around why it’s inappropriate to cause brokenness to windows and to redistribute others’ property.

I’m sure they would conduct a civil and informative dialog.

Lol

“they” is referring to the thieves, not to any particular group, especially since you cannot see identity of the perpetrator.

You’d think Jews who were generalized by the Nazis would understand the danger in doing the same thing to others.

You’d think you might realize

that only a racist would jump to the conclusion that “they” means an entire race or ethnic group, rather than – more logically – to criminals specifically.

Fascinating

“They” could mean, and most likely does, the criminals. Yet you jump to the conclusion that it can be referring only to a particular race or ethnic group. Check your privilege and your racist assumptions.

And always has been.. over the many many years that this group has assaulted robbed, murdered and disturbed the peace in their free for all against MY people. If that offends you, deal with it.

All people should be your people. Human is human, Gd created all of us equally.

It will get worse. Muggings and attacks are next
July 11, 2022 1:39 pm

With Dem’s in charge this city is crime-ridden once again. This is just the beginning. Soon we will see brazen daylight-robberies and muggings. On every corner of Crown Heights there are tables set-up with thieves selling stolen goods from convenience stores. With little to zero consequence, our city has become a goldmine for thieves and robbers of the protected groups. Welcome to our new dystopian existence.

Grand Theft CH- Airtags in Every Car, Bike
July 11, 2022 3:04 pm

Apple makes Airtags that can track the locations of cars, bikes, etc. – maybe a campaign installing airtags would discourage car/bike thefts.

Point well -taken
July 11, 2022 11:24 pm

Indeed the “they” might have been referring to criminals in general. I guess I was reacting based on the many similar generalizations over the years that have actually named a specific race. Thank you for pointing that out!
