In honor of Yud Alef Nissan, Yeshiva Schools of Pittsburgh hosted educational activities, rallies, Mivtzoim, and Farbrengens. The Yeshiva Boys School learned about the early years of the Rebbe using a Passport to Russia game. They gained deeper insights into the Mivtzoim and Chassidishe Hanhagois through various classroom tours.
Many thanks to the six Shluchim to Pittsburgh for coordinating the classroom activities.
Leadership and guidance from Head Shliach of Western Pennsylvania, Rabbi Yisroel Rosenfeld and Boys School Principal Rabbi Yosef Rosenblum made all of the programs a great success.
The Mesivta concluded the day with a high-tech interactive game. They were grouped into teams and used remotes to answer multiple choice questions that were submitted by their Rebbes: Rabbi Y. Itkin, Rabbi E. Shusterman, Rabbi M. Shur, Rabbi Y. Eisen, and Rabbi Y. Altein.
