Chabad bochurim Ber Chaim Arcusin and Shloime Tawil are currently visiting Ushuaia on the southern tip of Argentina. It is commonly known as “Fin del Mundo” or “The End of the World,” the last huddle of humanity before the wilderness of Antarctica.
They are they as part of the Merkos Shlichus visitation of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement to Jews living in far-flung locations and provide them strength and teachings.
Their trip to meet the local Jews was organized by the MitzvaTank Project led by Rabbi Iosef Arie Sigaloff under the auspices of Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt, head Shliach of Argentina.
There there are 3 Mitzva Tank currently driving around Argentina to visit Jews in 140 cities covering 30.000 km and providing them with Jewish supplies, they told COLlive.com.
