After more than three grueling months fighting for his life, Shmulik Amar, who experienced a miraculous recovery, was discharged from the hospital and scheduled to return to Eretz Yisroel this Monday to continue his recovery at home.
Shmulik—a bochur learning in the Central Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch at 770 Eastern Parkway as part of the Kvutza program—was critically injured in a devastating fire that broke out in an apartment shared by bochurim.
It left him with life-threatening burns across much of his body. He spent two months unconscious in the ICU, undergoing multiple surgeries as doctors worked to save his life.
Following Pesach, his family shared that he had begun breathing entirely on his own after waking up just days before Yom Tov from a prolonged period of being sedated and on a ventilator.
And now, approximately two and a half months after the fire, he began to breathe independently, showing clear signs of recovery.
In celebration of this great miracle, friends, family, and fellow Chassidim gathered on Motzei Shabbos for a farbrengen and Seudas Hodaa in the main shul of 770.
Speakers thanked all those who dedicated themselves to helping Shmuel, including his doctor and members of the Hatzalah medical service.
The family has requested to continue saying Tehillim for his complete recovery: Chaim Shmuel ben Marav.

Please post the fundraising link again so we can all donate to assist his recovery even further

So many times there’s a post to Daven for someone and no follow-up information as to how they’re doing and whether they need continued Tefillos.
On that note, how are the other three Bochurim from the fire doing?
I was saying his for Tehillim until now. He should only get stronger and healthier by the day!!
Which is the CORRECT name. It was previously posted Shmuel Chaim ben Meirav, and for this name I have been davening all these months. Please clarify
That’s his full name
They added the name chaim, so since than on his name 8s chaim shmuel
