As you heard in his speech, is one who grew up in the boston area, and was close with Rabbi Ciment. He became part of Machne Yisroel, and now is working with Oholei Torah for the betterment of the Chabad Crown Heights Community.
he is also a dear close freind of Simi Jacobson
