The Levi Yitzchak Library was established in the year 2010 by Five Towns, Long Island Shluchim, Rabbi Zalman and Chanie Wolowik, to perpetuate the memory and legacy of their dear son Levi Yitzchak OBM.
Today, Sunday, marks the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Library that took place on Levi’s birthday, 10 years ago. Today would have been his 21st birthday.
Levi’s infectious joy and constant smile brought so much light to his surroundings and is the continued mission of the Library, to bring joy and light to the community.
Their lending library has become a popular destination for those seeking quality, Jewish reading material. Their year round activities have become something that the community look forward to and eagerly await.
The Levi Yitzchak Family Center and Library is a beacon of positivity to all who enter its doors; doors that are constantly open and providing for the community each and every day.
And every year, at the annual fundraising auction, the community shows up in numbers in support of the Library and all of its activities.
This year, COVID – 19 rocked the globe and health restrictions and guidelines have rendered the usual auction an impossible feat.
As such, the Levi Yitzchak Library is proud to present:
