Ben Faulding, a longtime resident of Crown Heights, passed away suddenly over the weekend.
He was 41.
Ben was introduced to Yiddishkeit later in life and was an alumnus of Mayanot. He later moved to Crown Heights, where he lived for many years.
He was a writer, photographer and advocate for a more inclusive frum community. He was active in building up the Chevra Ahavas Yisroel community.
He is survived by his mother and brother, and was predeceased by his father.
The levaya will take place on Wednesday, 27 Tammuz / July 30 at 1:00 PM, with visitation from 12:00–1:00 PM at Gutterman Funeral Home, 175 N. Long Beach Road, Rockville Centre, NY.

Benjamin was my therapist in know him for 3 years he was a very caring kind smart man he was my best friend he was trying to help me change my life and to care for myself like I do for others I miss him so much I dont know what happened I wished I did I need closer I still cry rip
