Following a successful inaugural year, Beis Medrash Chabad of Pittsburgh is pleased to announce that Rabbi Mendel Volfman will be joining the Hanhola as Mashgiach. In this role, Rabbi Volfman will focus on strengthening and enhancing the overall structure of the Yeshiva, providing support for students in both their learning and personal development.
In addition to serving as Mashgiach, Rabbi Volfman will also join Rabbi Moshe Ahron Giesinsky as a Maggid Shiur of Chassidus. His guidance will play a vital role in deepening students’ understanding and appreciation of Chassidus, furthering their connection to Yiddishkeit and Chassidishkeit.
“We strive to bring out the unique skills and talents of each Bochur according to the Rebbe’s directives and expectations. We have the honor and responsibility of being the Shluchim of the Rebbe to each Bachur. This includes the development of a Bochur as a Shliach – leadership, Chossid – Midos Tovos and Ahavas Yisroel, Yiras Shomayim – Davening and Hiddur Mitzvah, and Lamdan – proper Torah learning. With Rabbi Volfman joining our team, we are confident that our Yeshiva will continue to flourish and inspire the next generation of Chassidim,” the Haholah says.
Rabbi Mendel Volfman will be joining the esteemed Hanholah team, which includes Rabbi Elchonon Friedman, Rabbi Ephraim Lerner, Rabbi Moshe Ahron Giesinsky, and Rabbi Mendel Friedman.
Rabbi Volfman will be moving to Greenfield in Pittsburgh, PA, together with his wife Chaya and son Levi, as Shluchim appointed under the auspices of Rabbi Yisroel Rosenfeld, Head Shliach of Western PA.
Beis Medrash Chabad of Pittsburgh is currently accepting applications for Bochurim in Shiur Aleph and Shiur Beis.
