It’s late at night.
You drop down on the couch and the thoughts begin.
“I don’t spend enough time with my child.”
“I overreacted today.”
Mother guilt.
It’s a constant background of parenthood.
But is it beneficial to the job?

Mrs. Chaya Shuchat, author, editor, nurse, and most importantly, a mother, shows that it doesn’t have to be that way.
In Episode 15 of Optimizing Mothers’ Podcast, Guilt-free Parenting, Chaya encourages us to notice the thousands of incredible feats that we and other mothers accomplish every day.
