In a joyous celebration, Bais Rivkah Day Camp Pioneers hosted a Mother-Daughter Challah Bake led by the world-renowned cookbook author Rochie Pinson. This heartwarming event was held in honor of the Bas Mitzvah of Lulu Soffer, a momentous occasion!
Rochie Pinson, a renowned author, speaker, and educator, is known for her expertise in the art of baking challah. Her presence at the event was met with enthusiasm and admiration, as mothers and daughters from BRDC Pioneers came together to learn the secrets behind the perfect challah with much inspiration.
Mrs. Sara Blau opened and welcomed the evening with a sense of unity, gathering together as one!
Rochie shared her knowledge and experience with the group, teaching not only the intricate steps of challah baking but also the significance of this meaningful Mitzvah.
As the dough was kneaded and braided, participants heard from the Bas Mitzvah girl herself and an uplifting beautiful choir. The room was filled with unity and warmth!
Participants each received Rochie’s new bestselling Cookbook, The Kids Book Of Challah.
The success of this extraordinary event would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of several individuals. BRDC extends its heartfelt gratitude to: The Soffer Family, Chani Greenbaum of CG Blooms, Belle Events, Mrs. Aidela Rabiski, Shternie Kraus, Sarah Chein, Mazal Nimni, Margalite Fakiro, Sarah Kupfer and the entire BRDC staff for all their hard work to making camp and the event a beautiful success!
