Bais Chana High School in Orange, CT, welcomed students to the start of an exciting school year with new staff for 5784.
Mrs. Mirel Laufer is taking on the role of Bnos Advisor and teacher, working closely with Bais Chana students on a daily basis.
Mrs. Mooky Rivkin is the mechaneches for grades 10-12 and Mrs. Hadassa Hecht is joining the staff as hashkafa and parsha teacher.
“We are delighted to have such experienced mechanchos join our professional and dedicated team of teachers, said Mrs. Bluma Hecht, principal. “Bais Chana, located in the northeast, is a gem of a school providing a strong academic program within a chassidishe atmosphere and a low teacher/student ratio, ensuring that each girl is able to reach her full potential. We are certain these new educators will enhance the already solid program for which Bais Chana is well known.”
The theme for the year is “Let’s Fill Up”, encouraging students to become kailim for all that Chassidus and Yiddishkeit have to offer. This idea will be expanded to include filling up others and the world around us. 5784 GO Heads have a lineup of Bnos Chabad activities that will excite and inspire students throughout the year.
