Graduates of the twelfth grade of Bais Chana High School, in Orange, CT, took to the stage at graduation to share, acknowledge, and celebrate their incredible four years in high school with their families and friends.
The evening opened with the reading of the Rebbe’s letter to Bais Chana graduates by BCA Chumash teacher, Mrs. Hindy Kalmenson. Bais Chana merited to receive a letter from the Rebbe to its graduating class, each year from the late 1960’s to 1991.
Veteran shlucha to New Haven, Mrs. Malka Katz, spoke eloquently as she charged the graduates to build on the strong foundation received at Bais Chana, and to use their high school experience as a springboard for greater accomplishments and growth in all their future endeavors.
Then it was the poised and confident graduates who came to the podium and expressed their tremendous appreciation to the school, the dedicated faculty and fellow students. Each girl spoke powerfully as she reflected on her time in high school and the many life lessons learned over the years.
“Watching the inspired graduates receive their diplomas and awards, and hearing their beautiful words, was a true testament to the warm and uplifting environment of Bais Chana”, said a grateful parent. For more information about Bais Chana High School, call 203-795-5261.
