A new fleishig restaurant has opened in Crown Heights, conveniently located at S. Johns and Kingston Avenue.
Pita Pina, owned and operated by Peretz Gorowitz, was formerly called the Baguette Express.
Now with a fresh look and under new management, the eatery offers a wide selection of fleishig options, from shwarmas and pitas to burgers and fries. Thursday nights and the vibe of “leil shishi” bring with it some special options including a great cholent.
“Our goal was to create a place where great-tasting food can meet affordable prices”, said Gorowitz. “A look at our menu shows that we have accomplished that and we encourage the community to come and give it a try.”
Pita Pina also offers catering for parties and events including special packages for Shabbos Kiddushim and corporate lunches. Additionally, you can bring their delicious-tasting shwarma to your event by hiring their shwarma carving station.
The restaurant has dine-in options as well as delivery and can be found on all major restaurant delivery apps. A party room is also available for those interested in hosting a private event.
Pita Pina is open from 12 pm to 11 pm with later hours on Thursday nights.
